Lytham Car Show

If you’re around Lytham in mid-June, this one’s a bit of a local favourite.

The Lytham Car Show takes over the Green on Father’s Day every year, and it’s something of a local legend, where people from all over the country come to see what’s on display. You’ll see everything from vintage Minis and souped-up Subarus to full-blown supercars parked up with the sea as a backdrop. It’s a proper day out with loads of things to do for the whole family.

What to Expect

📍 Lytham Green – right along the seafront, opposite the Clifton Arms
🕘 Sunday 15 June 2025 | 9am–4pm

Over 800 vehicles turned up last year, and it’s only growing. Expect a mix of:

• Classics, customs, and cars that look like they belong in movies

• Motorcycles, vintage vans, and a few unexpected surprises

• Vintage army vehicles

• Food stalls, traders, and plenty of space to wander

It’s super relaxed with families, car lovers, photographers, and loads of dogs. A really easy way to spend a few hours.

Why Locals Love It

Apart from a good day out? It’s all for a great cause.
Entry is by donation (around £15 if you’re showing a car), and it goes straight to Rosemere Cancer Foundation, supporting cancer care across the North West. In the last few years, it’s raised over £85,000.

Top Tips if You’re Visiting:

• Arrive early by 11am it gets pretty busy along the seafront.

• Bring cash for parking, snacks, and donations.

• Dress for the breeze it’s Lytham, after all. Coastal mornings can be chilly even in summer.

• Public parking is available by Lowther Pavilion ( around £5).
